Self-care is one of the most important things you can invest in. Taking care of yourself will ensure you will be your best self all the time. Be high maintenance so you can be low maintenance!! As always, I am on a budget, so these are the best products that can fit into any budget.
I have tried so many different “natural” soaps and lotions. I have never really noticed a difference, but once I started using method body I just felt cleaner. My skin is naturally moisturized, I don’t have to worry if I forget to put on lotion in the morning. My skin is glowing. My husband has also started using method men and he smells good all day long. I have completely ditched all bath and body works products because they are triple the cost and not nearly as effective! I have not tried the other method products, but they make any and all cleaners you would need. Trust me, I will be trying them out soon.
My momma always told me that if your shampoo doesn’t lather up, it’s not working. You get alllllllll the bubbles with this stuff. I personally mix and match shampoos and conditioners to really customize my hair care. I have wavy hair so I use a volumizing shampoo and a curl conditioner. No matter what option you use – it will strengthen and heal your hair. I also wash my hair twice on wash days – doubling up with a purple shampoo to keep me very unnaturally blonde. If you have a hard time getting your hair clean (I have struggled my whole life with a sensitive scalp), you should try this scalp massager. It is super soft to get your scalp clean without hurting your scalp AND it promotes hair growth. Win win, right?
I personally take the womens multi + probiotic (because my children bring home every virus known to man) but there are so many options. You can also take a quiz to get a recommendation on vitamins that you might be needing. Olly is family friendly, I have a subscription for myself, my husband, and my toddler to keep us healthy year round. It is always a good idea to talk to your doctor before adding a new supplement, so be sure to reach out.
If you’re a breastfeeding momma having a hard time keeping up your supply, I highly recommend taking a supplement to boost your health and your production.
I have not been using bubble skincare for long (maybe 6 weeks) and I have already noticed a HUGE difference. I have struggled with cystic acne ever since I got pregnant with my first child about three years ago. The few cysts that I have gotten have cleared out quickly (with the help of my favorite pimple patches) and my skin has a tighter, healthier look to it. I also like to use a good facial cleansing brush to really cleanse my skin. If you want to get a brush that will last way longer, leave a comment and I will reach out! Bubble has so many options for whatever skin type you are to really customize your skincare without breaking the bank. Paying for a dermatologist is so unnecessary for most people (like myself) and I am so glad I decided to give this stuff a try.
